An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. x44bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Withdrawal requests are processed by x44bet within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to identity verification being complete. x44bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds. Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period. Wagers placed on games excluded from the bonus terms will not count toward wagering requirements.

x44bet reserves the right to update, suspend, or remove any betting market at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been offered but before it has been confirmed. In the event that a market is suspended after bet confirmation, x44bet will apply the relevant voiding or settlement rules as specified in the product rules.
In the event of a manifest or palpable error in odds — including errors caused by technical malfunction, data feed failure, or human error — x44bet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. "Palpable error" means an odds price that is clearly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement.
Bets may be voided by x44bet in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, palpable error, prohibited conduct by the player, or technical failure during bet confirmation. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.
For PSL and international cricket markets, x44bet applies the following standard rules: a minimum of the defined number of overs must be bowled for a match to be considered valid for settlement purposes. x44bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your x44bet account at any time by contacting the x44bet support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.
